I used this for a few weeks, it barely saved me anything. A bunch of the prices seemed out of date, so I’d end up driving extra just to find out it was only a few cents cheaper, or not cheaper at all. Like, yeah, maybe I saved 3 cents here and there, but after the extra driving and hassle, it just didn’t feel worth it to me

GasBuddy keeps thinking I’m somewhere else and the map jumps all over the place!! Half the stations it shows aren’t even close to me, which is super annoying when I’m just trying to find cheap gas fast.

Wasted my time again today because the app said fuel was available... and it definitely wasn’t!!! Super frustrating when you go out of your way for nothing...

I started using GasBuddy mainly because I’m always trying to save a little on gas, especially with prices being so high. Lately though, the rewards just don’t feel like they’re worth much. Sometimes I’m only saving a few cents, and after going through the extra steps, it kind of feels like more effort than it’s worth.

The app is still useful for checking gas prices nearby, so I wouldn’t say it’s bad. I just wish the rewards were a little better or more noticeable, because when you’re watching every dollar, tiny savings that barely show up don’t feel all that helpful.

I signed up for gasbuddy and the verification process went through without any real issues. It did take a few minutes longer than I thought it would, which was a little annoying at first, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was simple enough and everything worked fine...

The app was actually fine for checking gas prices, no real complaints there. But once I looked through the privacy settings, I wasn’t comfortable with how much info it wanted or all the tracking stuff. It just felt like too much, so I deleted it. Not worth it for me.

I messaged support twice about an issue with my account and basically got nothing useful back. Maybe they were busy or maybe my emails got missed, but either way it felt frustrating. I don’t even know if the problem was that serious at first, but not getting a real response made it feel way worse...

Support wasn’t much help either, the replies felt vague and didn’t really clear things up. I’m fine paying for something if it’s explained upfront, but this just felt sneaky and like a drain I didn’t need. I won’t be using GasBuddy again.

I drove all the way over there because GasBuddy said the station was open, but when I got there it was completely closed. Really frustrating because I lost time and gas I didn’t need to waste, and I could’ve avoided the trip if the info had been right.

My card never seemed to work right and got declined every time I tried to use it. Frustrating, especially because this feels like something that should be avoidable.
